Lasvegaspoolscene.com provides the first real VIP service for all the GO TO pools in Las Vegas. With a scene that is changing weekly it's important to have someone on your side who knows what's hot and what's not.
What should I wear?
You have to look good. You're going to the pool. Wear your favorite bikini or swim trunks. NO CLUB GEAR!
If we book a cabana, daybed or bungalow, can we bring more people than we anticipated when we made the reservation with your company?
Absolutely. Please give us timely notice for the convenience of our staff to arrange this with the pool. Be advised that general rules are as follows when it comes to purchasing bottles of alcohol for your group at the pool: 1 bottle of alcohol per 3-4 people minimum.
So, if your group raises in numbers, so will the minimum amount of bottles you will need to purchase in order to have you cabana, daybed or bungalow.
What happens if we cancel our reservation within 24 hours of us arriving?
We do understand that cancellations happen all the time and usually its last minute. We do have a policy for that. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you will be charged 50% of your service fee that was originally marked on your invoice. All reservations are made with a hold of your credit card until your arrival. That credit card will be charged the 50% of the service fee. It's best that you contact us immediately finding out that you have to cancel your cabana, daybed or bungalow to avoid this from happening.
If we buy a cabana, daybed or bungalow, do we still have to pay cover?
No. (Rules may change upon pools discretion)
Do your hosts stay with us at the pool?
Our hosts do meet you at the pool to ensure a smooth entrance into your cabana, daybed or bungalow. We ensure no problems and/or fix one if they arise while one of our hosts are there. Once you're all set, our host will ask you if there are anything else they could do for you before they leave and from there, what happens when we leave, we hold no responsibility for.
To have a host stay with you at your cabana, daybed or bungalow during your stay at the pool, please request it as a "special request" on our reservations page. An extra fee for this service will apply.
